Full Product Family Data
Ceiling-Suspended Long-Throw Jet Water-Cooled Package Unit is a self-contained industrial water-cooled DX package unit designed for factories, workshops, warehouses and other large indoor spaces. The indoor package integrates the compressor, DX evaporator, water-cooled condenser, supply fan and controls. Condenser-water piping connects the unit to a remote adiabatic fluid cooler or a suitable central cooling-water system.
Cooling range: 19.5–56 kW | Airflow: 5,500–12,000 m³/h | Refrigerant: R410A | Power: 380 V / 3 N~ / 50 Hz
Product positioning and applications
A ceiling-suspended indoor package with long-throw jet outlets for direct air delivery across large industrial spaces while keeping floor areas unobstructed.
- Manufacturing plants and production workshops
- Warehouses and logistics facilities
- Large indoor work areas requiring sensible cooling and dehumidification
- Projects requiring separation of indoor supply air from the outdoor heat-rejection air stream

Dimensions are in mm; weight is in kg. Ratings are based on condenser-water inlet/outlet temperatures of 30/35°C and indoor conditions of 27°C dry bulb / 19°C wet bulb.
How the system works
- The indoor DX evaporator cools and dehumidifies the recirculated indoor air.
- The water-cooled condenser transfers refrigerant heat to the condenser-water circuit.
- A remote adiabatic fluid cooler or central cooling-water system rejects that heat outdoors.
- The outdoor heat-rejection air stream remains separate from the conditioned indoor supply air.
Installation and water system
Provide appropriately sized condenser-water piping, circulation pumps, water treatment, filtration, expansion provisions and controls according to the project design. Maintain service clearances and verify structure, drainage, electrical supply and airflow paths before installation.
Selection guidance
Select the unit after checking the calculated sensible and latent cooling loads, required airflow, external static pressure, installation arrangement, sound target, entering-water temperature and available heat-rejection system. Contact EXINDA with the project schedule and design conditions for selection support.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a direct evaporative cooler?
No. It is a water-cooled DX package unit. The indoor air passes across a DX evaporator; the condenser-water loop carries heat to a separate outdoor heat-rejection system.
Can it connect to a central cooling-water system?
Yes, provided the available water temperatures, flow, pressure and water quality meet the project design requirements.
Which refrigerant and electrical supply are used?
The listed models use R410A and 380 V / 3 N~ / 50 Hz power. Protection rating is IPX4 and appliance class is Class I.
How should the model be selected?
Use a project cooling-load calculation and confirm airflow, water conditions, installation arrangement and sound requirements. Area-only rules of thumb are not sufficient for final selection.
