EXINDA 6kW R290 Monoblock Air-to-Water Heat Pump

R290 RESIDENTIAL AIR-TO-WATER HEAT PUMP

The XDASH06C3 is a 6 kW R290 heat pump for new-build and deeply renovated homes, where the heat demand is low and the heating runs on underfloor loops. It is the smallest unit in the range, 68 kg and 1150 mm wide, so it fits a side passage or a small terrace. It heats, cools and prepares domestic hot water on single-phase power.

R290 Heat Pump Selection Questions

When should I choose the 6 kW model rather than move up to 9 kW?

Choose it when its output at the project's winter design condition covers the calculated heat loss. For a lower-load home, also compare minimum output with the mild-weather demand; a larger nameplate alone does not make a better match.

Can I retain the existing radiators in a boiler-replacement project?

Retain radiators that can meet each room's heat loss at the proposed water temperature. Where output is insufficient, compare upgrading those emitters with including supplementary heat before finalising the system.

Which installation should a distributor use for a first sample?

Use a representative lower-load home with an installer who can record water temperatures, flow and electricity use. Agree the commissioning and service checks before installation so the sample helps decide whether this model belongs in your local range.
