EXINDA R&D and HVAC Testing Capabilities
EXINDA’s R&D capabilities support the development, testing and regional adaptation of air-to-water heat pumps, swimming pool heat pumps, ice bath chillers, energy recovery ventilators (ERVs), and heat pump energy recovery ventilators (HPERVs).
Over the past five years, EXINDA has invested nearly USD 6 million in research and development and established five specialized laboratories for product performance, safety, environmental-condition and reliability testing.
Our R&D team of more than 40 engineers works across system design, heat-transfer performance, airflow, refrigerant applications, control systems and market-specific product configurations. This allows EXINDA to support standard product development as well as selected OEM, private-label and project-based requirements.
EXINDA holds more than 68 invention patents and 38 design patents, reflecting our continued investment in product development, performance improvement and manufacturing engineering.
EXINDA ERV laboratory
EXINDA operates its own in-house testing laboratory built to meet CSA 439-18 standards, in full compliance with HVI certification requirements and North American building codes. We are currently the only testing facility in China with this level of compliance. Every ventilation product we produce is tested to ensure 100% performance reliability in North American climate conditions, including cold-weather operation and airflow standards.

Every heat pump we produce undergoes 100% full-function testing for reliability, performance, and long-term stability, ensuring consistent operation in both extremely cold and hot environments.
