Cooling & Heating Performance

The 1.5HP platform provides both cooling and heating. Published nominal capacity is 12,900 Btu/h cooling and 18,425 Btu/h heating for the North American version, and 3.7 kW cooling / 5.2 kW heating for the European version.

Reference cooling time — North America

Approximately 8 hours, based on 118 gal of water and a 64°F temperature reduction.

Reference cooling time — Europe

Approximately 8 hours, based on 500 L of water and an 18°C temperature reduction.

Selection note: Actual cooling time depends on water volume, starting and target temperatures, ambient conditions, tub insulation, cover use, plumbing configuration and surrounding heat gain.

Cooling, Heating and Water Treatment in One Unit

Cooling & Heating

One hydronic platform supports both cold-plunge cooling and water heating.

Built-In Circulation Pump

Integrated circulation simplifies the water circuit. The pump is not self-priming.

Three-Stage Water Treatment

Ozone generator, 20 μm micro filter and 40 μm washable filter.

Wi-Fi Available

Wi-Fi functionality is listed in both current model submittals.

Correct Installation for Reliable Water Circulation

  1. Position the chiller below the water line. Gravity helps feed water into the circulation pump.
  2. Connect the water lines correctly. Chiller outlet → tub inlet; tub outlet → chiller inlet.
  3. Prime before startup. Manually fill the filtration / water circuit before powering on.
  4. Remove trapped air. Keep the inlet hose submerged and free of air gaps or kinks. Repeat filling until water flow is steady.

Important: The built-in circulation pump is not self-priming.
