EXINDA 6Ton R32 EVI Air-to-Water Heat Pump
More capacity for cold winters and warm summers.
Take on larger homes and light-commercial cooling projects with EXINDA’s 6 Ton R32 EVI air-to-water heat pump chiller. The higher-capacity model combines chilled-water cooling, space heating and domestic hot water, with inverter modulation to match changing demand. Chilled-water outlet temperatures down to 4°C with glycol added for freeze protection. EVI supports heating down to −25°C, and dry-contact plus 24 V interfaces accommodate boiler replacement or hybrid operation.

Heat Pump Chiller Selection Questions
Can it replace an existing boiler?
It can supply hydronic space heating while adding chilled-water cooling. Review the building load and the water temperature needed by the existing radiators or radiant floors to plan the replacement.
Is the 6 Ton model suitable for larger projects in Quebec?
Yes. It is an option for larger homes and light-commercial hydronic projects in cold climates. Choose the capacity to match the building’s heating and cooling loads; a retained boiler can provide supplementary or backup heat.
How does it provide room cooling?
Chilled water circulates to fan coils or hydronic air handlers that cool the room air. Include condensate drainage at the terminals and insulation on chilled-water pipework.
How does it connect to existing controls?
Dry-contact and 24 V control interfaces support integration with the building’s heating and cooling controls. Use the model wiring diagram to identify each terminal and its function.
When should I choose 6 Ton instead of 4 Ton?
Choose the larger model where the calculated load calls for more capacity. Compare both models at the intended heating and chilled-water conditions to match the system.
Can the system also support domestic hot water?
Yes. Domestic hot-water integration is available as part of the system design. Coordinate the storage tank and control priorities with the space-heating and cooling requirements.
What should I send for an initial project discussion?
Start with the project location, building type and whether this is a new installation, boiler replacement or hybrid system. Share the existing terminals and available load information so EXINDA can help compare models and supply the technical package.
