Where the Breeze range fits
Balanced ventilation for houses, townhomes, apartments and multifamily suites, one unit per dwelling. Five sizes from 42 to 152 CFM; pick by the airflow at your design static pressure, not by floor area.
Residential Energy Recovery Ventilation
EXINDA Breeze ERVs provide balanced residential ventilation for houses, apartments and multifamily projects. Use this collection to compare real models, then confirm airflow, pressure, installation and model-specific documents before specification.
Certification, airflow and control functions must be checked against the exact model and current submittal.
Residential ERVs
Compare standard low / medium / high airflow settings, installation layout and duct connection size below. The product names, standard settings and certified rating points are not interchangeable; check each model’s submittal at the design external static pressure.
Standard settings: 53 / 70 / 90 CFM
Compact ceiling installation · 4 in. ducts
120 V / 60 Hz / 1 Ph
Standard settings: 54 / 70 / 100 CFM
Wall-mounted; top ports · 4 in. ducts
120 V / 60 Hz / 1 Ph
Standard settings: 42 / 90 / 130 CFM
Horizontal; side ports · 6 in. ducts
120 V / 60 Hz / 1 Ph
Standard settings: 49 / 85 / 120 CFM
Horizontal; side ports · 6 in. ducts

Selection guidance
Where the range fits, where it does not, and the three checks that prevent the most common mismatch between a catalogue airflow value and the actual installation.

An ERV supplies outdoor air and recovers energy from the exhaust; it does not heat or cool the building. Do not connect it to a range hood, a clothes dryer or any process exhaust.
Select from the published supply and exhaust airflow at the project’s external static pressure, not from a free-air value alone.
Confirm duct orientation, ceiling or wall location, filter access, core removal space and condensate requirements before choosing a cabinet.
Review controller, boost-timer, interlock and communication requirements against the exact model submittal.
Technical support
Technical files remain model-specific so data from one ERV is not applied to the whole range.
Questions & answers
Start with the required continuous and boost airflow, then check the model’s airflow at the expected external static pressure. Installation orientation, service clearance, frost-control requirements and controls should be confirmed before final selection.
No. The range includes different cabinet and duct-connection arrangements. Use the selected model’s drawing and submittal to coordinate duct routing and service access.
Open the applicable model page for its current technical submittal and Revit download when available. Confirm that the drawing and submittal show the same model before project coordination.
Send the project location and building type, required airflow in CFM, design external static pressure in in. w.g., and where you intend to mount the unit. Duct sizes, controls and quantity can follow if you have them.
EXINDA will return a model recommendation with the airflow at your operating point, the submittal, the dimensional drawing, the HVI listing reference and CSA certificate for that model, and lead time.
