About EXINDA

Engineering-Driven Heat Pump & Ventilation Manufacturing

Xinda Group began manufacturing heating components in 1988. EXINDA has built on that experience since 2010, bringing engineering, testing and manufacturing together in Heyuan to develop heat pumps, chillers and ventilation systems for the buildings and people they serve.

Inside EXINDA Manufacturing

Investment in Engineering

The Capability to Develop. The Commitment to Improve.

Our engineers work alongside the people who build our equipment. Continued investment in testing gives them the means to investigate a problem, refine a design and verify the improvement—across heat pumps, chillers and ventilation systems.

Air-Cooled System Development

Our air-cooled laboratory accommodates systems from 6 to 500 kW across two-, four- and six-pipe configurations. Humidity adjustable up to 98% gives engineers control over the moisture that drives frost formation and challenges defrost operation. They use these conditions to refine system response and verify stable performance over long-term testing. We invest in this capability because a building’s occupants should be able to rely on their heating when the weather is cold and damp.

EXINDA purpose-built water-cooled laboratory testing infrastructure

Purpose-Built for High-Temperature Water

High-temperature heating needed a facility built around its demands, so we built one. Our water-cooled laboratory supports leaving-water temperatures up to 100°C and systems up to 500 tons (1,758 kW), across two-, four- and six-pipe configurations. As an AHRI witness testing laboratory, it supports witnessed performance measurements. This investment gives our engineers the ability to develop and verify high-temperature hot-water, heat-recovery and process-heating systems, with the facilities to improve them through measured results.

Climate & Reliability Testing to International Standards

Our climate chambers simulate temperatures from −40°C to 60°C. Start-up, freeze protection, airflow obstruction, automatic defrost and durability checks examine how the complete system responds as conditions change.

Testing uses the applicable methods for each product and market: EN 14511, EN 14825, EN 12102 and EN 16147; AHRI 210/240 and AHRI 550/590; CSA C439-18; UL 60335-2-40; and the AS/NZS 3823 series for air-conditioner testing supporting Australian GEMS requirements.

Acoustic Testing & Low-Noise Design

Quiet Comfort Starts with Careful Testing.

Comfort includes the sound a machine brings into everyday life. EXINDA products undergo acoustic testing as part of development and validation, because the people living, working and resting nearby matter to us. In our acoustic laboratory, engineers measure operating noise and use the findings to guide improvements to airflow, component selection and vibration control. We develop lower-noise operation through design, testing and refinement, alongside the heating and cooling performance the equipment must deliver. It is a practical commitment to products that serve the building while respecting the people around it.

Manufacturing & Quality

Care in Every Build.

Good equipment takes shape in the details. Our manufacturing teams bring skill and care to every assembly, while engineering and production work together to refine processes and improve consistency. What we learn from building, testing and servicing our products informs the next one we make.

Where Engineering Takes Shape.

Where Engineering Takes Shape.

The fit of a component and the care of a connection affect the person who will install or service the unit years later. Our assembly teams pay attention to these details, while engineering and production work together to refine how each product is built.

Checks That Carry the Design Through.

Checks That Carry the Design Through.

Production testing connects the approved design with the equipment leaving the line. Our teams check completed units and use findings to improve assembly and production methods. The aim is consistency that gives partners confidence in the next delivery.

International Presence

Across North America and Europe.

EXINDA works with distribution and technical partners across North America and Europe, supporting the people who select, install and maintain our equipment. Product knowledge, local service experience and feedback from the field remain connected to our engineering team.

Technical Support

Expertise Behind Every Step.

Our responsibility continues after equipment leaves the factory. We work with the people selecting, installing and servicing EXINDA systems, and bring what they learn back into the next engineering decision.

Selection & Application

Selection & Application

We review heating and cooling loads, climate conditions, water temperatures, airflow and electrical requirements for the application. Performance data and technical submittals give designers a basis for sizing equipment and checking compatibility with existing terminals and distribution systems. Our engineers work with the project team to define operating conditions and select the right equipment.

Installation & Start-Up

Installation & Start-Up

Installation support focuses on getting the site and equipment ready to work together. We provide connection documents and remote guidance for water or air circuits, electrical connections and control settings. Start-up checks cover the relevant operating sequence and system readings, helping installers prepare a clear handover to the team responsible for daily operation.

Troubleshooting & Training

Troubleshooting & Training

We help technicians understand the relationship between controls, components and system behaviour. Training and troubleshooting discussions use wiring diagrams, reported symptoms and operating readings to identify the next checks and corrective actions. The emphasis is on building practical diagnostic skills that local teams can use on site.

After-Sales & Spare Parts

After-Sales & Spare Parts

After-sales support covers maintenance guidance and replacement-part identification using the unit’s model and component information. We work with partners to understand service findings and recurring field issues, then feed them back to our engineering team for review, corrective action and verification. What is learned on site informs product design, technical guidance and production improvements, keeping support connected to the next product we build.
