Adding an R290 Line Without Adding Risk
Most European dealers already sell heat pumps. The question that comes up now is narrower: a customer asks specifically for R290, or the F-Gas phase-down makes it clear the current R410A or R32 line won't cover every project much longer. Adding a supplier means checking one thing before anything else — can this manufacturer actually produce the certification paperwork a project needs, model by model, or does it promise to "send it later"?

The Range
Five capacities cover residential and light-commercial hydronic projects: 6, 9, 12, 15 and 20 kW, all DC inverter, all R290, all built for the same European 50 Hz hydronic terminals — underfloor heating, radiators, fan coils, buffer tanks and DHW cylinders.
12 kW is the volume model across the range — the size that fits a typical single-family retrofit. 15 kW steps up for larger homes, villas and small multi-residential buildings where the 12 kW's output isn't enough on its own. A dealer stocking the range typically carries all five rather than picking one capacity, since project loads vary and cascade control lets multiple units cover anything above 20 kW.

Documentation by Model, Not by Brand
Certification for a heat pump range is issued per model, not as a blanket claim for the brand. EXINDA holds the following for the current lineup, all issued by BRE Global on 2025-09-07:

The KEYMARK certificate for XDASH15D3A runs to 2035-07-09; the other four run to 2035-09-06. EPREL registration is confirmed so far for XDASH12C3A (2736155); the remaining models will be added as they're issued. A dealer evaluating the line can check every number above directly against the KEYMARK, MCS and BAFA public registers rather than taking a supplier's word for it.
Already on the Ground in Europe
This isn't a new line looking for its first market. EXINDA's R290 range is already distributed in Italy through Rheon, supplying centralized domestic hot water for multi-family housing on the 20 kW model. The documentation above is what a second European dealer would be signing up to carry.
What to Send for a Dealer Evaluation
