EXINDA 12kW R290 Monoblock Air-to-Water Heat Pump

R290 RESIDENTIAL AIR-TO-WATER HEAT PUMP

The XDASH12C3 is a 12 kW R290 heat pump for a single-family house. It runs on the single-phase supply the house already has, so replacing the boiler does not mean rewiring. It heats, cools and prepares domestic hot water, and works with the radiators or underfloor heating already in place.

R290 Heat Pump Selection Questions

Can I choose this model when the property has no three-phase supply?

Yes. This is a single-phase option. Have the installer compare the property's available electrical capacity with the protection requirements in the specification, alongside the building's heating demand.

If one unit does not cover the winter load, should I choose a larger model or a cascade?

Compare the alternatives at the same design condition. A larger unit may simplify the installation where the electrical supply permits it; a cascade adds units and hydraulic coordination. Also assess any existing supplementary heat before choosing the system arrangement.
