The existing system used separate equipment for winter heating and summer cooling, increasing maintenance requirements, occupying valuable plant space and providing limited redundancy during equipment servicing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe selected hospitality solution uses five EXINDA 24 Ton R32 commercial inverter air-to-water heat pumps connected in a modular cascade. The system provides year-round space heating, cooling and domestic hot-water preheating through one hydronic platform. Together, the five units deliver approximately 1,535 MBH of nominal heating capacity and 102 tons of nominal cooling capacity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eInverter-driven EVI scroll compressors allow output to follow actual building demand. Low-ambient operation and intelligent defrost control help the system maintain approximately 1,375 MBH of heating capacity at 18°F outdoor ambient and 113°F leaving-water temperature. Modular staging allows capacity to increase or decrease as guest occupancy, outdoor conditions and hot-water demand change.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIf one unit requires inspection or scheduled maintenance, the remaining modules can continue providing partial capacity. This improves service flexibility and reduces dependence on one large central machine. Building management system integration also supports coordinated sequencing, runtime rotation and operating supervision.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFor hospitality developers, engineers and contractors, the EXINDA system provides a scalable, low-GWP and service-friendly alternative to separate boiler and chiller plants.
